Return policy for web orders:
We want you to be happy with your purchase! If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with an item, we will be glad to extend a full refund, or exchange the item, within 10 days of the date it was received. After 10 days a return can only be accepted in exchange for store credit. We recommend using a traceable carrier as we can not be held liable for lost returns.
To return an item, please re-pack the product(s) in its original packaging. Items not in original packaging will not be refunded. Contact us through the website, or call: 434-293-3582. We need to be notified of any return/exchange prior to processing. A refund or credit (less cost of original shipping) will be issued upon receipt of your return. Please allow 1-2 billing cycles for your account to be credited.
All purchases of sale items are final, and no exchanges or refunds will be honored.
